iqdxfuz User Service Terms

Welcome to iqdxfuz products and services. We operate niche department store products in New Zealand. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us, specifying the rights and obligations of both parties. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

We provide niche department store product sales, delivery, and after-sales consultation services, with service coverage limited to within New Zealand.

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant regulatory requirements, cooperating with the ACCC, to provide high-quality and transparent services.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UTC+8:00). Customer inquiries, order modifications, and other requests will be responded to during working hours. Non-working hour inquiries will be handled on the next business day as a priority.

3. Order Terms

Order Modification: Orders can be modified by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placement. Orders entering the fulfillment process after 12 hours cannot be modified. Please carefully review your order before submission.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders with available stock are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and New Zealand public holidays, during which shipping may be delayed). After shipment, estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Force majeure events may cause minor delays.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Product Prices: All listed prices include New Zealand taxes. There are no hidden fees. The displayed payment amount is the total amount payable.

Customs Duties: Customs duties are subject to New Zealand customs policies. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We will assist in providing necessary order documentation.

5. User Obligations

Provide true and accurate personal information. Any loss resulting from incorrect information is your responsibility.

Comply with these terms and platform rules. You must not engage in illegal activities or actions that infringe upon the rights of others.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify these terms in accordance with legal requirements and business needs. Updates will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

If you violate the terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate services. You may also stop using the service at any time. Obligations for orders already placed remain in effect.

7. Disclaimer

We will make reasonable efforts to remedy delays or order issues caused by force majeure events, but are not responsible beyond our control.

Any loss caused by your own actions is your responsibility.

We ensure product quality and comply with New Zealand consumer product safety standards but are not responsible for improper use, intentional damage, or third-party service issues.

8. Other

Matters not explicitly covered in these terms shall be governed by applicable New Zealand laws and our other policies. Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation.
